Step 7: Recruit and train volunteers

Consider the following possibilities for volunteers

• Adults from the church

• Retired teachers

• High school students

• Parents of students in the program—see Step 4 above regarding parental engagement

All volunteers should participate in a volunteer training where policies and procedures are taught.
